This is how it all works

Complete our online questionnaire
You'll need to fill out our questionnaire (all done online) which asks about the details of your new company (name of the company, names and addresses of people involved etc). Our super-smart form allows to correct mistakes as you go through and provides helpful assistance along the way.
 
Payment and lodgment of the company
After you've paid the registration fees with your Visa or Mastercard, our system electronically registers your company with the government while you wait. You don't need to go anywhere or do anything.
 
Certificate and documents
Once our system has lodged your new company we'll email you the official Certificate of Incorpration from the government, Memorandum & Articles of Association plus your share certificates, first minutes and more.


That's it! Your new company will be officially registered and ready to trade.

How easy is it to complete the questionnaire?

How long does the whole process take?
The questionnaire can take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes complete - it depends on the details of your new company (how many directors there are etc). Once the questionnaire is complete then we lodge the company for incorporation. This process usually takes a few hours. While this is happening you can stay at our site and wait for the confirmation.
